Scaled to 100k/mo with your store? Now start building system that will help you scale past 500k, 1M, so on and so forth. Coz Let's be honest, if you don't have a system around it, Your monthly revenue will be unstable. Sometime it's 67k, sometimes 87k. I have seen that happening. Here's my recommendation from the backend side: At this stage, You should have a decent email list size to get started with email marketing. - Have a front end offer and build a high converting popup - Have at least 4-5 flows live - Send 3-4 X campaigns/week Build - Learn about segmentation - Maintain deliverability That will set you up for success!

What could I say to those dropshipping brands who use funnelish funnels and don't have abandoned checkout in place. Trust me on this, it'll take you less than 10 minutes to set it up. And.......... it's worth it. It will generate you at least 4% extra at the bare minimum and at the highest: would be more than 7-8%. Meaning if you're doing $100k/mo, that's an extra $4k-$12k take home. And bro I only mentioned abandoned checkout. Think of other flows and think of additional revenue.

$30k/mo brand are brokies. They can't pay you shit. I've one brand/client who is doing similar numbers. He can't even pay me $300 for more than 2 months. He is the most pain in the ass client. He needs every detail to be correct. About to call this mf out if he can't pay me in the next 2 days. Trust me, we've invested all/most of our time and energy into this mf.

Just hired a 30+ Y/O guy from Nepal. Don't know how he designs emails/ads, but his portfolio was pretty impressive. Reached out to hire him, he asked my age, I said 22 I asked his age, he said I'm 30+. On that call, he was treating me like a young child....giving me all the world's suggestion without me even asking for it. Like dude, maturity matters fck age gap.
