the Japanese dub might be more accurate because localizers often alter anime Eng Dub to fit their narrative,
like in Dragon Maid.
For that reason,
I believe the Japanese dub is more truthful.

But in Japanese Bridget is still a he and referred to as otokonoko (feminine boy or crossdressing boy) in the anime after the statement

When discussing his good ending, we refer to her as 'she'.
However, Goose has specified. She doesn't care. You can use whatever pronoun.
