@Humannoyed_b @BrianRoemmele Sometimes snatched just means an encrypted message saying “hey we need to talk. Don’t bring any communication devices. This is a matter of national security.”
English

@EricVevang @BrianRoemmele Interesting theory considering a few were just “snatched” and nothing found - no body but other paraphernalia.

@BrianRoemmele They've been telling us through the movies for a bit now and shows like devs, paradise, etc. | My bet is that the scientist are alive and together, working on something very serious.... either by choice or by force. My guess it's important enough that they choose to be there.

Built a live landscaping website in under 60 seconds.
It's live right now.
Customers can browse, see pricing, and book online.
No code. No designer. No $500/month agency. Just AI.
"You're completely live. Your business is online. People can book. You're ready to go."
Full control over everything — your business name, phone number, services, pricing.
Change anything yourself, instantly.
Most landscapers are still doing "call for a quote."
Your customers don't want to call.
They want to see what you offer and book online.
Menutize makes that possible in under a minute.
Free to try — no credit card needed: menutize.ai

Yeah, top line is really a big distraction. I’ve learned that in my two exits. Right now I’m advising several services centers and when I hear them clearly and look at all the data I can’t help but think the future really is going to be the one man show and a couple younger guys helping him out.

The home service company doing $5M/year is broke and the one doing $1.4m is rich.
And nobody on here wants to talk about it.
Roofers bragging about topline while $600K sits in insurance supplements that haven't been approved in 9 months.
Water mitigation companies posting revenue screenshots while they float $200K in materials waiting for the carrier to stop ghosting them.
Your $5M means nothing when half of it is money you can't touch. It's not revenue. It's a promise from an insurance adjuster who doesn't care if you make payroll on Friday.
Then there's the septic guy. The plumber. The pest control company. Customer pays on the driveway. Check clears Friday. No adjusters. No supplements. No praying Allstate approves the claim before your credit line maxes out.
Free cash flow is the only real number in home services.
Everything else is a story you tell yourself on Twitter for clicks.

@sarahadams @GTP_Podcast What says you about the drones over our bases? Our own tech and testing protocols or China or Biologics?? Hoping to hear your opinion truly
English

@GTP_Podcast Haha, I wouldn’t be afraid of drones, suicide bombers, yes, drones, no

@jarydesign The key is a HERO cta to book an onsite, diag, proposal, repair, bid, whatever the hell you want to call it. Let them buy!!!

Hot take: most plumbing websites aren't losing customers because of bad SEO.
They're losing them on the page.
I look at plumbing sites every week.
The same problems show up constantly.
1. No price indication anywhere.
Not even a range.
Homeowners want to know if they can afford you before they call.
If your site gives them nothing, they back out and call the next guy.
2. Phone number buried in the footer.
On mobile, if someone has to scroll to find your number, they're already gone. It should be the first thing their thumb can tap.
Service pages that are actually one page.
"We do drain cleaning, water heaters, pipe repair, sewer lines, and more."
That's not a services page.
That's a list.
Every single service should have its own page written for the person searching that specific problem.
I've seen plumbers double their contact form submissions without touching their ad spend, without building more backlinks, just by fixing these three things.
More traffic isn't always the answer. Sometimes the site is just costing you jobs you already have.

@yuriymatso Odds? I’m thinking %60 up / %40 down. Overflow guys say down
