Cognitive biases and tribal affiliations are the most powerful forces in the universe. Hence Trump and other religions.

This is a bad take. Astrology ought to be a non starter, unless you are being facetious about it. Taking astrology seriously suggests that you are epistemically broken. Possibly scientifically illiterate.

Yesss!!! @MrsErikaKirk 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 #ErikaKirk

A few points just to get ahead of all the tedious replies: 1) I think Biden’s end of term pardons were outrageous and wrote that they were impeachment worthy. 2) one of the reasons I thought they were outrageous was that they were all but guaranteeing that the cycle of abuse would get worse. 3) Trump pardoning every one in his administration can simultaneously be proof that the cycle is getting worse, while also be wrong on the merits, but understandable given the game theory dynamics at play. 4) Trump outrageously abused the pardon power in his first term. Biden compounded that. Trump has already abused it outrageously in his second term. He will abuse it more than necessary because he will want to protect obvious bad acts by his loyalists and defend against inevitable bad acts by Democrats. I carry no brief for anybody here. I want to amend the constitution to either check or remove the pardon power.

Inflation has tripled from just one month ago, and it’s higher than when he took office. Not only has Trump failed to deliver on his central campaign promise to make life more affordable - he is actively, directly driving prices up.

🚨 CNN just admitted that President Trump is CRUSHING Tucker Carlson in net favorability among Republicans. “They choose Donald Trump basically EVERY SINGLE TIME.” Their polling breakdown showed Republican voters are siding with Trump by an overwhelming margin. CNN: “Look at this! — This UMass Lowell poll, look at this, net favorables among Republicans.” “Again, this is Republicans plus Republican leaning independents.” “You see Carlson on the right side of your screen at +7 points.” “Look at where Donald Trump is! At +61 points.” “And this is actually a little bit low for Donald Trump, in other polls around the same time, he was even higher than this.” “Again, he is crushing, CRUSHING Tucker Carlson!” “What is this? This is a 54 point advantage for Donald Trump over Tucker Carlson when it comes to who is more popular among Republican voters.” “And of course, this isn’t even just talking about the MAGA base where Donald Trump is running an approval rating somewhere between 97 and 100%.”
