@Eve80VT Later, I learned the program head got nailed for embezzling the operating funds for the program. The truck was decommissioned, and the imaging equipment was sold off to a local hospital. The former head got 5 years in jail. I have a slightly dicked up left hand.

@Eve80VT During basic training we found an abandoned sandbag. Drew a face and name tag on it. Sandy the sandbag. Would tuck it in and the whole bay would tell Sandy goodnight with snickering. Then we got the dog shit smoked out of us because the drills said cohabing isn't allowed.

@Eve80VT I had my own personal Deuce and a half in the Army. We had to move some stuff into the motor pool. Motor pool was military vehicles only. We loaded my deuce up and rolled it in. BC walked up and yelled "is this a military vehicle" I pointed at the big white star on my door.

@Eve80VT For context I’m a mechanic for a transit company, had a road call for a bus that was having poor acceleration issues. Told the driver to stand by while we bring them a new bus (45 minutes to get there) but NOT to sit off the bus. I got there and swap them into the new one

@AnimarchyYT @Eve80VT I worked in munitions manufacturing. We had a forge that was poorly wired, and one day we saw this green flash and a loud crack could be heard. The induction heaters were down for a week or so, and when they re-wired it, it trippled the heat output, causing billets to get melted

@Eve80VT During my mandatory service, a guy was so hungry in the barracks that he somehow scaped, hunted a rabbit, came back, broke into the casino and proceeded to cook said rabbit in a electric kettle (the kitchen was closed). He got motor pool duty for a year...

@Eve80VT I worked Maccas night shift. We had a number of great events. The adventure of bike helmet man. Minivan Mayhem at 3AM. And the tale of Meth Head Mike, who tweaked so hard when we wouldn’t serve him, he literally dug up a bush from our garden and yeeted it through our window
