@FPL_Harry I would take it down to a max of 3 FTs to 1) make people pay more attention and 2) make the game more fun. When I play patient and roll to 5 in specific scenarios it can work well but the cost is I’m bored for 5 weeks in between.

Just before FPL planning returns for the run in for the final 7 Gameweeks…! If you could change JUST ONE thing about FPL for 2026/27 what would you want to be looked at the most. Can be anything big or small. BUT ONLY ONE. 💭

@drsportsmedia The idea behind this take is correct but I would argue the standards haven’t dropped simply since they left. The reality is the standards haven’t been high since arguably 2019 at the latest. Spurs just had 2 world class players who could paper over the cracks.

A penalty has an xG of ~0.75 + you get the rebound, so the idea is that you’re getting a lopsided reward for the crime committed. A free +65% chance at scoring. I don’t have a side that’s just some context.

The difference between friendlies on a World Cup year and not is palpable. I’m not sure how but I stand by it; the international calendar should be reworked. A more concise burst perhaps 2x a year would be great and make the games matter.

@FPLGOAT7 290K, the goal now is sub 200K maybe a stretch goal of sub 150K I’m proud that despite some of the chips not falling my way, I’ve persevered and keep learning/rising. Sometimes a hard year ends up being a good one at the end because of the lessons learned throughout.
