@FPL_Harry I'm confused. Why not bring them in this week and keep them in for your WC32?

The only negative to buying Newcastle players this week is they do fit WC32 much better unless you manage to BB33 without a wildcard which is tough! If FH33 WC35 looks good after the Fa Cup Thiaw & Gordon suddenly look less good.

In order to stay chip flexible I do not think I will buy Thiaw despite him being the best this week and could double in 33... (I reserve the right to change my mind..!) Here is my thinking why! Maybe it helps with people in a similar position. Sorry for all the words #FPL So I have 2 chip strategies... About 90% likely I use one. 1. WC32, BB33, FH34 or 2. FH33, WC35, BB36 Thiaw - either I can just buy him on WC32 for his very likely double in 33 or he is a bad pick for strategy 2 as he almost certainly blanks 34. However, someone like Cash, Andersen, Tete, Diouf are good for both. Good enough fixtures this week so if I wildcard 32 I am not sacrificing massively in GW31 but if I go for strategy 2 then they have fixtures in the blank Gameweek 34.

I am going to discuss some transfers people are considering this week and whether I think they are worth it or not... Drop any you would like to be considered below.

If you have wildcarded already… I would consider playing with 10 players if it allows you to keep players you really want long term. Selling them to a worse player unless it’s one of a few great GW31 picks and want them long term, the transfer might be more valuable.
