First time posting a fun project i made recently. Poxil - It is a browser-based 2D pixel art creator and animator. I built a full timeline system for frame-by-frame animation, including onion skinning and layer management. Live at poxil.vercel.app #WebDev #BuildInPublic

I know it’s not really my place to say this, but just hear me out. A lot of people ask him how he keeps getting such project ideas and almost every time his answer is just “explore”, there’s no secret sauce. But there’s a key difference that maybe we’re overlooking, he’s been coding since 2021, that’s almost 5 years. So when you ask him “how do you know about this?” or “how did you come up with this idea?”, he can’t really point to one source, because it’s not one thing. It’s just years of exposure. You can't compress that into one resource or any secret sauce. For example, take a project where he solved a linkage attack. Most of us haven’t even heard of that term. The difference here isn’t talent or obsession, it’s just time. He has simply seen more things than us. If you go back and look at what he was building 2 or 3 years ago in his github profile, it’s probably much simpler. Something that even you can guess. If you don't believe me, he has builded projects like todo list, url shortener and simple worker pattern in golang, because it's the truth everyone starts from there. But most of us don't stay in the game for long to level up beyond that. So the real answer to getting ideas like him is pretty simple just stay in the game Read whatever you come across, skim research papers, build random things that interest you. Over time, patterns connect and ideas start to form naturally. It’s like a computer game, if you play it long enough, you eventually start discovering hidden paths, secret ways to level up your character, and things you didn’t even know existed when you played it for the first time. So just stay long enough and you’ll get there Hope this made some sense 😅, and sorry if I hurted anyone's feeling. Just felt sharing it because not too long ago I was also wondering that how does he comes up with these cool ideas 😅.
Mrinal@Hi_Mrinal

"from where do you get so many ideas from ??" "from where are you getting new stuffs to implement ??" "the project idea really looks very niche how are you getting them ??" "how do get something always to work on ??" "How do you get topics to tweet about ??" "how do you keep your pipeline full of projects?" "where are you digging up these concepts from?" "how do you spot such oddly specific problems?" "how do you always have the next thing lined up?" "bro how do you not run out of things to work on?" "how do you keep discovering such random but cool stuff?" it sums it all ... sorry for not having any ground breaking advice coz I am literally 21 and lived the same amount as someone asking for suggestions and advices ... Yeah dopamine will hit after reading something like below, You will start with an article or two but the question is will you finish what you started ??

so just cause they're not posting as per the content you or i want to see then they're wrong? i love tech content as much as a nerd does but we have the option to mute and actually filter out the feed to the content we want. plus again, it's their account. who are we to tell them what to post, be it slop or projects? and if slop is so bad, why are they getting reach and followers based on their posts? we can't keep blaming the posters, there is an audience that does like it and engage with it. you and i specifically might not be in that section and that's completely fine at the same time, give credit where it's due. abhijit made that motion icons library, kanav made pdf0, amrit made that youtube clipping site. i'm not saying them making that invalidates their posting (if that even is an issue in reality). it's as simple as if you don't like it, don't interact with it

Guys, I received the Offer letter! They have asked me to reply before 12th April midnight, What should I do? Anyone else got the mail? Although it is very obvious that they are giving a 40k internship, based on one OA🤡 No interview, nothing. Should I give it a chance?

a small tip from a friend: this platform is cool, enjoy it, but don't fall for the marketing and start feeling insecure. don't fall for misogynistic or similar bait. don't reply to dms that lack purpose. don't trust someone just because they've been nice for a week. work, show off, have fun, and log off at the end of the day.

Update on OpenDih: we have achieved AGI internally. The model is too dangerous and won't be released publically.

@clumsyaf222 So could yield() in Java as using time.Sleep in golang for goroutines, just a random thought as both yield and sleep guarantee atomicity
