Hi @FreePrints_UK - I ordered photos from you 9 days ago fast postage. @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp did not deliver them so today I went to my local sorting office myself and there was my freeprints order sat waiting for me. Awful service from @RoyalMail - time for a new courier?

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail are an absolute joke. Why do businesses keep using them? Two orders I placed 8 days ago, one I paid fast postage for, have still not arrived. Where are they!? I can't even go to depot as it's only open for 2 hours in the morning. Awful service.

To top it off I got petrol from @asda @AsdaServiceTeam too over 24 hours ago and they're still holding on to £99 from my account.

So @asda give me mince, sausages, turkey slices and steak slices yesterday with my click and collect order, which all go put of date tomorrow....but have refused a refund. I can't freeze turkey slices or steak slices....

Is it normal practice @dominos @Dominos_UK for your delivery driver to ring the customer because they don't want to get out their car in the rain to deliver your food? I mean I wouldn't mind but isn't that what I'm paying delivery charge for? It's not free anymore.

Is anyone else still struggling to get into Facebook? They're saying that they've sent me a login code to confirm it's me but I've received nothing ? I've tried multiple times now, on my phone and laptop. Very annoying. #facebookdown
