@NayanUnfiltered @elonmusk You know that 'flu you're catching more easily' is probably Covid right. It's important to remember that the most virulent disease on the planet hasn't gone anywhere, despite us refusing to name it any more.

@elonmusk I received the Covishield vaccine, and since my second dose about 2–3 years ago, I feel like my immunity has weakened. I seem to catch the flu more easily now, especially during winter, which wasn’t the case before.

@FoggBrain It’s the experimental jab everyone was forced to take but if the sheep who took it keep blaming Covid hopefully they won’t look as stupid as they are

Loads of people ill again. Coughing and spluttering all around. The minimisers say, well it is that time of year, and I'm like you were ill 4 weeks ago so I guess it's that time of the month. Ofc I'm not allowed to say it's due to covid or I get eye rolls from everyone.

@BearLind_FIN Surely you see a lot more people sick these days. I had 4 different work calls today from different parts of the world and they were all sick. I'm not kidding.

@ARae19 But are we catching all these other illnesses more often because our immune systems are damaged by covid?

@FoggBrain It’s not just Covid unfortunately there’s nasty RSV type stuff in the Midwest too. Haven’t had a virus linger this long with bronchospams and ear fluid etc in many years. My husband who never ever gets sick was hit by it too. Lasted over two weeks even w a ton of intervention

@kirstler31 I just take them at weekends now, when I up my activity levels. I honestly believe they stop me from crashing. Skipped one a few Saturday's back & crashed. Have you considered trying them?

know I’m a stuck record & always say I’m crashed but I genuinely am. Not PEM - it’s the full blown poisoned death feeling. I’m never fully out of one. E.g. can have a stable morning (for me) but eventually it’ll always hit. Is it just inevitable at this level? Beating myself up

@Yrrepmot Since getting sick loads of weird things happen to me as I fall asleep. It feels neurological but I obviously have no idea. Hope it gets better for you.

My heart is now doing weird things as I fall asleep at night which causes these arousals and chest pains. I’m also getting this weird tachycardia if I stretch out or change positions like from supine to prone.. and these big vasodilations which cause me to feel my pulse in odd places… tonight this happened as I was drifting in and out of sleep and I finally woke up because it was scaring me and both my arms were numb. This lasted for 40 minutes or so. Now I’m wide awake but before was extremely tired. Something is seriously messed up with my brain. 😵‍💫 No point speaking to a doctor as they will do ECG and say everything is normal.. What a fucking horrible disease. 😞

@kirstler31 begging her to start for ages. I'm doing pretty OK thanks. I seem to be an LDN responder but wonder if that's due to a year of low dose steroids regulating my cortisone & reducing inflammation laying the groundwork for the LDN? Maybe response to meds is a lot about timing?

@kirstler31 but she always was a bit woo woo. I think it was likely the anti inflammatory properties of all those strong meds. But she was really bad. Couldn't even talk or use her phone for years & now she's doing amazing. She started turning the corner after the BBs which I'd been...

Today I walked up to a Muslim man in the street and punched him in the face. He turned round and kicked me in the shins. And I thought, yep, that proves it, there's definitely a problem with Islam.

@NoLimitGains I don't see anything around the 13th where they advised selling positions. Only a bunch of tweets where they say how good they are at calling top and bottoms. Did I miss something?

@subversivepsych I knew 3 people with ME, inc one of my best mates who got it after a malaria infection and my cousin after suspected Lymes. Within less than a week of my long covid onset I was suspecting ME. I was hoping I was wrong ofc and kept doing things I shouldn't.

Somedays I feel incredibly guilty that I knew so little about ME before it happened to me. I didn’t even know what PEM ( post exertional malaise, also called PESE - post exertional symptom exacerbation)was. It’s the hallmark of the condition. 1/3

@Kenneth33071904 @fillthewhole I have a 4 year old and a 5 month old. Last time I got probable covid was from them. There's literally no point in me masking. I'm doomed to keep catching it. Thankfully the last few covids didn't seem to affect me too badly (upping my steroid dose probably helped).
