If you were “a pleasure to have in class”, how are your autoimmune disease(s) and late/undiagnosed neurodivergence treating you?

I used to quite like April Fool's Day in the media before, now I hate it. Trying to work out what is real and what is a joke is so difficult these days, and the jokes usually aren't funny.

Dear disabled Covid realist community, does anyone know where one can find part time fully remote work? Temporary and contract would be great. In areas like customer service, editing, data entry, or really anything.

I do not care if Byron Noem is a cross-dresser. I care that people incorrectly assume crossdressers are dangerous. Cross-dressers are not hurting anyone - not your kids, not your neighbor and not you. If you don't like cross-dressing, don't do it. Leave everybody else alone.

For those of you who say Covid is mild or just a flu I’ve developed SEVERE allergic reactions out of the blue to pretty much everything 💔 I have been forced to eat only 10 foods & drink cold water for the past 4 years since contracting the virus 🦠 It’s destroyed my life!

I put new clothes on for the first time since the funeral and went to Walmart with my husband. Didn’t even make it through before I started crying. I’m miserable. I don’t want to be here

@1goodtern I’ve had MECFS for decades & employers definitely don’t like you being sick, I often used all my allocated sick days - they find ways to get rid of you. I was mild, all I needed was a few days of recovery, I only received cruelty.

For most people, Covid was the first time that they were forced to choose between doing the right thing and doing the popular thing, and most of those people failed to do the right thing even at a known cost to their own and their family’s own health.

I think people with conditions such as MECFS, Fibromyalgia and POTS are as vulnerable to Covid (re)infection as pwLC. Everyone ought to focus as much attention on promoting prevention as on promoting research. The world has changed - we now ALL have SarsCov2 to contend with.

There is no solidarity to be had with people who’d trade your health to avoid the slightest inconvenience

You aren’t a rational independent thinker if you are blaming the vaccines for all the illness and death we’re seeing, you’re leaning into a specific narrative that makes you feel safe and victorious. And there is nothing backing that narrative. It’s the virus you keep catching

@chelseacuzzocr4 I think it's because I am very old and jaded, but I haven't regretted being in person for family events yet. I do wish for a sterilizing vaccine, though.
