According to the mother: This happened today at around 4:00am. My son woke up saying his chest was hurting and that he needed to see a doctor. Normally I try to avoid rushing to the hospital because I know how he can be, but this time I decided to take him anyway. On the way there he actually fell asleep, and for a moment I even thought of turning back. But something told me to keep going, so I drove straight to casualty at Groote Schuur Hospital. Nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to witness in the next two hours. About two hours later, a woman came rushing into casualty screaming in a way that cuts straight through your heart. She was carrying her little daughter, who looked about 7 or 8 years old. The pain in that mother’s cry was something I will never forget. Doctors rushed to help, and after a few minutes they came back and told the mother that her daughter was gone. The mother let out the most heartbreaking scream. Everyone in that casualty fell silent. But then something incredible happened. Instead of collapsing, the mother suddenly started praying loudly. “Lord remember me! Lord remember me! It’s me your servant. I have served you faithfully. You are not a man that you should lie!” At that moment I found myself sitting there crying, and I didn’t even realise when I started praying with her. She began praying in tongues, and I joined in. About an hour and a half later, the doctors came back again. The mother saw them and immediately asked, “Is she alive?” And the doctor said something I will never forget: “Yes… we’re preparing a bed for her in ICU.” The entire room froze. The mother screamed again, but this time it was different. She started thanking God, shouting “Jesus, you are faithful!” What amazed me even more is that she didn’t run to go see her daughter immediately. She stayed there for another hour, still praying and thanking God. All I can say is this: I recommend Jesus. I truly do. Because today, with my own eyes, I witnessed something that felt like a miracle — the power of prayer. There’s probably only a 1% chance that woman will ever read this, but if she does, I want her to know that she changed my life today. I will never forget this day. #Copied

Day 28: Abakaliki to Lagos on foot. 🇳🇬 While some see a fan trek, I see a symptom of a nation in a three-headed systemic collapse. We are stuck in a loop of Leadership Failure: Rulers treat public office like a private inheritance, disconnected from the 3 AM hunger of the common man. Character Crisis: We scream "Up NEPA" while bypassing meters. The corruption in the villa is just a "Pro Max" version of what we do in our markets and offices. Citizenship Failure: We’ve become "subjects" who sell our future for a bag of rice every 4 years, choosing tribal bias over accountability. A society cannot be cleaner than the people who inhabit it. Nigeria will only work when we trade "sharpness" for integrity and "silence" for accountability. The fix isn't just "Japa"—it's a total reboot of our national conscience. #FixNigeria #Governance #Nigeria #EndBadGovernance #Davido #30BG #AbakalikiToLagos @AishaYesufu @YeleSowore @MobilePunch @GazetteNGR @PremiumTimesng @AriseTV @channelstv @YabaleftOnline @Postsubman @OneJoblessBoy @instablog9ja @davido @M_Abisoye

Day 28 on the road. 🇳🇬 While some see a fan trekking from Abakaliki to Lagos for @davido, we need to look deeper. This isn't just fandom; it is a loud cry from a generation with no clear path to economic success. In a working country, this level of "grit, faith & hustle" would be channeled into tech, agriculture, or industry. Instead, our best energy is spent on the asphalt of the Ore-Benin Expressway, hoping for a "giveaway" or a photo op. O! When the system fails you, you're forced to trek for a miracle. #Davido #30BG #AbakalikiToLagos #BadGovernance #Nigeria

First picture was when I just started processing goat newly in 2024. Everything you see on that table are all customers’ orders. At that time, I had just 2 staff. I didn’t own a factory. I didn’t own a shop. I was processing orders in my house. We lived in a big compound, so I converted the backyard to our processing space. Until one day, my neighbour reported me to health authorities and I was banned with a court order from processing in a residential area. That “embarrassment” forced my expansion. That was how I rented our first big factory. Today? We now have a big factory. And a walk in store as big as a duplex. Second picture was taken last month I now have 13 staff. It means more hands, more structure, more systems and more growth. If you check the first picture, I wasn’t really dressing so fantastic but I was building. Even in that first picture, I processed 20 goats in one day. On Monday, I only processed 4 goats and it was giving some people headache. Growth will offend small minds. But we’re not shrinking. We’re expanding. From backyard processing to factory operations. From 2 staff to 13 staff. This is what growth looks like. And we’re just getting started

They call it 'chilling', but for many, it’s a prison. A man who cannot eat until he smokes is a man who cannot lead, cannot build, and cannot protect. He has outsourced his autonomy to a plant and a peddler. When someone cannot eat or play until his dealer shows up. He is not fasting for God; he is waiting for a chemical key to unlock his own stomach. When you can’t perform basic human functions like eating or socialising without a substance, you aren't relaxed; you are Occupied Territory. Reclaim your sovereignty.

My friend and I went out yesterday to swim and play snooker. He came with one of his neighbors because their place isn’t really far from the lounge. While we were playing snooker, I noticed the guy he came with was just calm. I asked my friend why he wasn’t playing with us, and he said he was fasting. It was around 3 p.m. at the time. The guy then received a call and told us he was stepping outside to see someone. My friend and I had already ordered food. When the guy came back, he called the waiter to also bring food for him. I asked, “Aren’t you fasting, or do you want to break your fast?” He said no, that he wasn’t fasting, he just couldn’t eat since morning because his dealer wasn’t around. He had just gone outside to collect his smoke from him. Then he started rolling his thing 😂he smoked, ate, he later played the snooker with us and we left. But Why would someone live like this? Without smoking, you can’t even eat?

Jesus saved the world without a single building permit. Let that sink in. Today, we measure success by the size of the auditorium and the height of the steeple. But the greatest ministry in history had zero real estate. He didn't build 'branches'; he built DISCIPLES. If your faith is tied to a specific building, you’re a tenant. If it’s tied to the Truth, you’re the Temple. My emphasis is not on church building; it is on criticising churches.

Stop looking for the 'God of Man' and start finding the 'God of your Altar. We have a generation of 'miracle consumers' who would rather pay a prophet than pay attention to the Word. If you aren't ready to WORK, don't expect your faith to EAT. Jesus tore the veil so you could speak to the Father yourself, not so you could become a client to a religious CEO. Retrace your steps. Worship in spirit and in truth. Thank you!

You have really spoken well. Nobody is defrauded in the church but by their gullibility. Many people that called themselves worshippers or believers neither go to church to worship God or because they believe in Him but because of the miracles (magic) they are expecting from the supposed man of God and they will do everything they are asked to do even if they are not satisfied with it or it’s not looking right to them. On the other way round, you will see many that will complain that they have been in the church for a very long time but their need is not catered for. These are eyes service worshippers. If you are a true believer, whatever you are doing in the church is for God and not man so, expect your reward from God and not from man. The scripture made us to understand that whoever that is not ready to work should not be allowed to eat. Likewise we are told that faith without work is dead. Every worshippers should have o work that will fend for their needs. Lastly, our generation is too lazy. You call yourself a believer and you can’t pray to God on your own but you are looking for a god of man to help you pray to God! You are finished. What is the purpose of Christ coming upon your life. Jesus died so that we can have a renewed relationship with God just like the days of Adam in the garden of Eden when God speaks to man mouth to mouth. A little nightmare you are looking for prophets to help you out! What happened to your prayer alter? It is high time we retrace our steps and do the right things. I’m not saying there’s no fake prophets and pastors, even Jesus said in the last days we will experience lots of them and that’s to prepare our minds for what is coming. But if we try to know the true word of God, have good prayer alters and stop treating humans like us like gods all career religious jobbers will look for something good and productive to do. Let true worshippers worship God in truth and in spirit Peace

I may not have thousands of followers, but I’ll say this boldly: Stop constantly criticising the Church and undermining Christ. The Church is made up of imperfect people, but Christ is perfect. Correction is good, but tearing down what you claim to believe in is not growth. If we love Jesus, let’s represent Him with maturity, truth, and grace. Faith isn’t built by constant public outrage. It’s built by conviction.

This honestly baffles me. Are Christians paid to undermine Christ or His Church? Why is it that we so easily amplify criticism of our own faith? You rarely see people from other religions publicly tearing down what they believe. Yet some believers are quick to announce, “Here’s why I stopped going to church,” as though weakening the body of Christ is something to celebrate. The Church may have flaws, as do other religions, because it is made up of humans, but Christ remains perfect. Let’s correct in love, build with wisdom, and defend our faith with maturity, not tear it down from within.

Faith isn’t sustained by noise; it’s sustained by conviction and consistency. As Christians, we need to stop measuring success by the size of our buildings and start measuring it by the spiritual maturity of our people. Why are we so quick to undermine our own? Other communities defend their beliefs with unwavering conviction. Yet, many believers are the first to join voices that seek to silence or erase the Truth. It’s time for a shift. We cannot strengthen our faith by aligning with perspectives that want to dismantle it. Growth requires discernment. We must be "wise as serpents and harmless as doves" (Matthew 10:16) in how we engage with the world. Expanding a church hall is good, but raising men and women who live the Word is better. God is looking for living stones believers whose character is the greatest advertisement for the Gospel. Let's stand firm. Let’s lead with love, move with wisdom, and speak with courage. Let your life be the evidence of the God you serve. Consistency is the loudest testimony you can give.

AN HONEST CONVERSATION: CHRISTIAN, STOP CRITICISING THE CHURCH. 1/ Let’s talk about the constant criticism directed at the Church and men of God. Many complain that "industries aren't being built; only churches are." " But we must remember: the primary mandate of a man of God is not industrialization; it is the restoration of souls to God. 2/ We often judge the Church by secular standards, forgetting that the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19) is a spiritual assignment. While social impact is good, winning a soul for eternity is the highest "industry" a believer can labour in. 3/ People say congregants are "brainwashed" for money. But God has given every human a spirit of discernment and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). If you refuse to use your God-given judgement, the problem isn’t the leader; it’s your own lack of spiritual maturity. 4/ Why do people fall prey to fake pastors? Often, it's because they are religious but don't actually know the Word. Hosea 4:6 says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." When you don't study for yourself, you become vulnerable to deception. 5/ It’s time to stop the public condemnation of those who claim to be called. If they are false, they answer to the One who called them. Romans 14:4 is clear: "Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls." 6/ Instead of pointing fingers, let’s point people back to the Word. Let’s move from being merely religious to being true children of God who test every spirit (1 John 4:1) and seek a personal relationship with the Creator. 7/ The truth might be uncomfortable, but it’s necessary. Our focus should be on our personal walk and the mandate of the Gospel. Let God be the judge of His servants. Let us be the light of the world.

Is this a reflection of popularity or of a state capture? When a party controls the three largest voting and economic hubs, yet the citizens in those hubs are facing record-breaking hardship, the "jinx" being broken isn't a victory; it’s a systemic warning. APC just broke a historical record: Lagos, Kano, and Rivers all in the same bag. But let’s audit the price of this jinx: 🚫 Starvation: 141M Nigerians in poverty (62% of us). 🚫 Unemployment: A youth population with phones but no jobs. 🚫 Election Reform: A desperate fight to kill IReV and real-time results. If the structure is this strong, why is the country so weak? You can own the Governors, but if you lose the People, you’re just a landlord of a graveyard.

Most people thought the Super Eagles' journey ended in November. But the fight continued behind the scenes. Moral of the day: Never let a "final" whistle stop you if there’s still truth on your side. If you were cheated, overlooked, or unfairly dismissed, don't just sit in sorrow. Follow the process, keep your integrity, and let justice speak. Recovery is coming for someone reading this. Don't stop believing in your "reinstatement". Let's grow together.
