@seetickets scrapped the refund policy and the only way to refund is to disclose all your personal medical information with documentation and proof on how “sick” you really are. Even if you need to cancel straight away - scandalous.

@seetickets Trying to get refund within an hour if purchasing due to double booking over hospital appointments and am asked to disclose full medical reports, letters from GP and extremely personal information. Why have you decided against cancelations and refunds? Scandalous!
