This thread is quite something. NHS England climbing down in real time. Their defence is essentially: "we didn't know we weren't doing it properly - everyone else was doing it wrong too". Not the strongest hand to take to a tribunal. These people are supposed to have brains.

An outdated and flawed report on "Hormone treatments for children and young people with gender dysphoria" is referenced in briefing materials for parliamentarians ahead of Monday's debate on the PATHWAYS puberty blocker trial. commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-brief… This POST report was poor at the time of publication (November 2023) but is now outright misleading in several ways. It should not be relied on for information in this area. researchbriefings.files.parliament.uk/documents/POST… A summary of the key shortcomings ... 1/8

🧵Over a week in October 2025, five specialist orgs in England & Wales, @Kairos_WWT, @nia_endingVAWG, @StreetTalk_LDN, Women at the Well & The Swan Project, took part in a ‘snapshot’ exercise, collecting the experiences of 91 women involved in the commercial sex trade.

Why would any 'gender medic' sign off a profoundly mentally unwell man for 'sex change surgery' and be in the slightest bit surprised when it exacerbates the problems? The case of Vivienne Taylor, Britain's Barbie Kardashian (post in reply):

This was the original advert for the Women’s boxing course that sparked our letter to @KingsTrust It is shocking that after clear advice on the law and safety in sport, the charity decided to exclude ALL females rather than clarify the course was for females only

“The King’s flagship youth charity decided to cancel a boxing course for disadvantaged girls instead of preventing biological males from attending.” “The charity would rather deny young women the chance of participating at all than possibly offend someone” says SEEN in Sport

The charity has cancelled all courses for girls only. These are disadvantaged girls, told by this charity that they don't count. King's charity cancelled course for girls instead of banning males. dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1…

We welcome confirmation that the SHRC has abandoned its previously indefensible position on prison policy and has now written to the Scottish Govt but remain concerned it is not addressing directly the human rights issues for women of incarceration with men, in any circumstances/

Robin wants the law to be changed so that any man who says he’s a woman can use any women’s service. He simply cannot understand why his wants and wishes should not override those of women. The lack of empathy of these men is profound.

FiLiA welcomes this announcement from the Government and the provision of additional support to Women enabling them to give their best evidence. This will hopefully keep victims better informed about the process and increase their confidence in the system. #ListenToSurvivors

Today, I have announced £5 million of funding for the @CPSUK to support victims of domestic abuse in the Crown Court. Victims will be offered a pre trial meeting with the prosecution. This will provide them with better support and ensure their voice is heard.

Today we are reporting day 4 of LS v NHS England (NHSE). LS, also using the pseudonym Faye Russell-Caldicott, is claiming indirect discrimination on the grounds of sex, religion and disability (PTSD) and harassment related to her sex and philosophical belief (gender-critical).

In the Faye Russell-Caldicott Employment Tribunal against @NHSEngland, this exchange between Naomi Cunningham (@LoudBonnet) and the respondent’s witness is telling “Look away” is not a safeguarding policy. Women shouldn’t have to manage their own discomfort in single-sex spaces
Tribunal Tweets@tribunaltweets

VH: You would hope that people wouldn't be looking at each other in that way. NC: So that's the mitigation for women that object? Look away? VH: No I am saying that everyone has a reasonable expectation of privacy even in showers.
