@WorthyPastures please help. We’re due to arrive today but have tested positive with COVID. Luckily we’ve been able to rebook but need a refund for this weekend. We purchased ticketplan but we’re getting radio silence at every turn. What should we do?

@lauraelysia Yes, the Goose Hall bar has cover and there’s a stretch tent at Williams Green. Also the activities at the Joint Charities field take place under cover.
