@Bird_XRPL Right here. Currently training for a marathon so I run 3- times a week but do hit the gym 2 times.
Can't wait to hit the gym 5 times a week and do cardio as I please. Over running. 😆

I used retatrutide for 6 months to eat MORE.
I was stuck in low-calorie hell for 10+ years:
- cutting every few months on less than 1500
- pushing through 24 and 72-hour fasts
- Intermittent fasting, low-carb, keto, carnivore
I wondered why TDEE calculators told me maintenance was 2600 calories when I couldn't break 2000 without gaining fat.
Today, I maintain at 2700 with obesity-level carb abuse. 450g+ carbs daily. Potatoes. Rice. Sourdough. Bananas. Honey.
The most surprising part is that my A1C, fasting insulin, and lipids are the healthiest they’ve ever been.
