@ClonesCyclone Hello Barry, in your experience, how does that level of weight gain affect speed, power and endurance. Is there not a need to properly digest any food intake to feel the benefit. Seems a lot. Thanks.

I agree he looked shattered at the weight but even though he’s restricted in what he can put on over night, he’ll be able to eat as much as he likes after 10am, his ring walk is not until 10pm so I’d be surprised if he’s not 12 st 8/10lbs by the time he’s walking out to fight.
