I haven’t been regular with my workouts or calorie tracking, but I’ve completely cut out alcohol and sugar and hit my protein intake religiously.
I was happy with my current progress and physique—until saw the transformation of @AshwinKandra .
Why settle for mediocrity when there’s so much more potential to unlock?
