दक्षिणी दिल्ली: बुराड़ी के रहने वाले परिवार पर उस समय दुखों का पहाड़ टूट पड़ा जब उनकी 10 वर्षीय बच्ची के दिमाग ने लगभग काम करना बंद कर दिया। छोटी-छोटी बात भी उसे याद नहीं। खुद चलना-फिरना भी मुश्किल। हालत खराब होती गई। जांच में पता चला कि लिवर फेल हो चुका है। शरीर में विषाक्त पदार्थों के संक्रमण की वजह से दिमाग में सूजन आ गई है। आईसीयू में भर्ती कराना पड़ा। उसकी यह हालत मोमोज जैसे फास्ट फूड ने की। माता-पिता दोनों वर्किंग हैं। दिनभर काम के चलते जब घर पर नहीं होते तो बच्ची दादा से पैसे लेकर बाहर से मोमोज वगैरह लेकर आती और चाव से खाती। प्लाज्माफेरेसिस से जान बचने के बाद अब उसने मोमोज से तौबा कर ली है। माता सावित्री माथुर बताती हैं कि उनके पति किशोर मोबाइल का काम करते हैं। घर चलाने के लिए वे भी मुखर्जी नगर में केयरटेकर की जाॅब करती हैं। उनकी दो बच्चियां हैं। बड़ी बेटी तान्या 10 वर्ष की है तो वहीं छोटी बेटी गौरी आठ वर्ष की है। बच्चों के घर का बना खाना ही देते हैं। पति और मैं काम के सिलसिले में दिनभर बाहर ही रहते हैं। स्कूल से आने के बाद तान्या दादा से पैसे लेकर कभी मोमोज तो कभी चिप्स लाती थी। शुरुआत में वह चीजें भूलने लगी। थकान रहती। बाद में उससे खड़ा भी नहीं हुआ जा रहा था। पास के अस्पताल ले गए, जहां जांच के बाद पता चला की पीलिया काफी बढ़ा हुआ है। हालत इतनी खराब थी कि लगा कि अब बेटी को खो देंगे। यथार्थ हाॅस्पिटल माॅडल टाउन में भर्ती कराया। पहले चिकित्सकों ने लिवर ट्रांसप्लांंट का सुझाव दिया, पर प्लाज्माफेरेसिस से बच्ची ठीक हो गई। बाल रोग विभाग के डाॅ. शैलेश शर्मा के मुताबिक दिल्ली के करीब 35 प्रतिशत बच्चों में फैटी लिवर के लक्षण मिल रहे हैं। फास्ट फूड, स्क्रीन टाइम और शारीरिक गतिविधि की कमी इसके प्रमुख कारण हैं। अब कम उम्र में भी गंभीर लिवर फेल्योर के केस सामने आ रहे हैं, जैसा इस मामले में देखने को मिला। पहले चिकित्सकों ने लिवर ट्रांसप्लांंट का सुझाव दिया, पर प्लाज्माफेरेसिस से बच्ची ठीक हो गई। बाल रोग विभाग के डाॅ. शैलेश शर्मा के मुताबिक दिल्ली के करीब 35 प्रतिशत बच्चों में फैटी लिवर के लक्षण मिल रहे हैं। फास्ट फूड, स्क्रीन टाइम और शारीरिक गतिविधि की कमी इसके प्रमुख कारण हैं। अब कम उम्र में भी गंभीर लिवर फेल्योर के केस सामने आ रहे हैं, जैसा इस मामले में देखने को मिला। #DainikJagran #Delhi #Momos
