Asha is going about exclusive and gamepass very pragmatically. The situation so far is being handled very differently than previous leaderships. She is impressing everyone within Xbox so far from top to bottom I’ve heard. Town hall is one of the ways that describes this pragmatic approach. That’s why they have polls up, that’s why they have town hall set up. Make your voices heard. Xbox fans trust me on this. Make yourself heard. If you want dudes wearing ps5 shirts for Xbox I guess say it. If you wanna feel like Xbox has exclusivity and that your game is getting the utmost dedication say that. Being exclusive wasn't drawing enough people into buying consoles to play the games so gong back to exclusives isn't going to change that. Not until ES6 comes out at the very least and that shit is years away

May not be what people want to hear, but I do not see any way this doesn’t happen. They need more sales and players, that’s just a fact. Though very hard to pull those players in given that it’s known as the super hardcore extraction shooter now

@nyc_prophet Easy: PS5 Pro sells for profit. PS6 will be a loss leader. Just like they do with every new gen. Even Xbox “did” this. This concept only works when people buy your stuff though. Hence the Xbox situation.

@JRW1865 @JamiesAct Maybe you and I can’t see what they’re seeing. They had exclusives for 25 and the Xbox brand has been a complete nose dive since the xbone. Being 3rd party is their best option to make a little ROI. Without MS money, this company would be dead.

@sbodrojan It’s fun for roughly 12,000 people. That’s it. Why did Elden Ring sell so much? It’s fun. Destiny and D2? They were fun. Arc is more fun than marathon. They made an average at best game in a time constrained-over saturated market for 12,000 people. Over hype-under delivered.

Is this game like. Only being played by my friends or something. Because everyone I know is playing it and thinks it is basically an instant classic
