Ignore anyone who says things like ❌ “Calories doesn’t matter” ❌ “You can have as much Fat as you want” ❌ “Fiber is bad for health” ❌ “LDL doesn’t matter” ….. without any context There’s solid evidence behind these topics. Not lectins specifically. Not oxalates specifically. Plants. The entire category. And that's ideologically unacceptable to most people. Because we've been conditioned to believe plants = health. So we'll try every other diet first. Remove meat. Remove dairy. Remove eggs. Before we ever consider removing the spinach. Carnivore is last because it challenges the deepest programming.
