Absolute two-tier madness at Royal Holloway. My “tea towel” comment about a keffiyeh got me: kicked out of accommodation for a week, locked in my Halls of residence like a prisoner, one single place to eat, and suspended for 7 academic weeks.
Yet the Palestine society president can publicly brand me a racist, Islamophobic ATTACKER and THREAT to campus - breaching our Non-Contact Agreement - posting photos of me, videos of me, and naming me in full, and RHUL SU & Wellbeing Team shrug: “Free speech. No incitement.”
If it’s free speech to smear me and trigger death threats, “he needs to get jumped” messages, “I’m going to murder this racist cunt”, doxxing and on-campus abuse… then it’s also free speech to say: we have serious demographic problems on campus. Most of the harassment I’ve faced comes from Muslim students - the largest religious group here. My friends have witnessed it all. Pakistani Muslim leaking my address? They don’t belong here. Send them home.
Royal Holloway disgusts me. Protect British students or shut these radical societies down NOW.

Scope cancelled a whole choir who simply sing up beats songs at events for fun, booked for tomorrow’s marathon. Because one female member was targeted by an ‘anonymous’ trans activists for believing in biology. This is a charity that supports disabled people. Many will be women who want same sex intimate care! I’ll say this again very slowly for those struggling to read English. I want everyone to do sport, & be welcome, but I want female sports categories, which are affected by biological sex advantages to be sex based categories. Or in the case of fun runs if no element of competition, remove all categories & places. Nothing more nothing less. Not rocket science, not exclusionary, unless you count the over 1000 medals lost in major events so far, won by males in sport for women of course!

This morning teacher Enoch Burke is being taken from his prison cell to face a THIRD disciplinary appeal panel - after the first two collapsed in bias, unfair procedure and scandal.
He has now spent over 650 days behind bars after refusing to use they/them pronouns for a student.
High Court judge Micheal O’Connell last night cleared this grossly unfair process to proceed.

BREAKING: Enoch Burke to face THIRD Disciplinary Appeal Panel after High Court refuses to halt proceedings Teacher Enoch Burke has spent over 650 days in prison after refusing to refer to a male student using the “they” pronoun. On Wednesday of this week Enoch Burke sought an extension of time from the Court of Appeal to appeal the judgment of Judge Alexander Owens in 2023 upholding his suspension. This application follows serious developments in recent days, including a Department of Education statement issued in January this year that there is “no legal obligation” on schools to use “preferred pronouns” of students. In particular the Court of Appeal must address the issue of whether the instruction by Principal Niamh McShane to use the “they” pronoun for a male student was lawful. Today High Court Judge Micheal O’Connell (appointed in 2026) refused to grant an injunction restraining the Disciplinary Appeal Panel proceedings pending the outcome of the Court of Appeal case. Enoch Burke must now go before this panel while the key issue of his case — whether the instruction of Principal Niamh McShane to use the “they” pronoun for a male student was lawful — has not been ruled upon by the Court of Appeal. This is a travesty of justice.

At the start of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel hearing, which is by law an “informal” hearing, Enoch Burke objected to the presence of a top Employment Barrister as well as a Solicitor from a major Dublin law firm.
Despite Enoch Burke’s repeated objections, the Chair of the Disciplinary Appeals Panel, Claire Callanan said to Mr Burke: “We may be wrong and you may be right but we are going ahead nonetheless.”
Barrister Barra Faughnan BL and Solicitor Fiona Sheil of Mason Hayes & Curran Solicitors were acting for Wilson’s Hospital School at the hearing in Athlone today.
The presence of lawyers at such an appeal is contrary to settled law and Department of Education procedures for dealing with appeals.
Enoch Burke has now spent over 650 days behind bars after refusing to use they/them pronouns for a student.
These are the third Disciplinary Appeal Panel proceedings in relation to Enoch Burke that have ended in shambles.

Today my brother teacher @EnochBurke went before a disciplinary appeal panel.
He was suspended from his job and jailed after refusing to accept transgenderism.
What took place today was shocking.
➡️ By law the panel is to be an “informal hearing”.
➡️ When he arrived he was confronted by a top Employment Barrister as well as a Solicitor from a major Dublin law firm.
➡️The lawyers were acting for the school.
➡️ The presence of lawyers at such an appeal is contrary to law and to Department of Education procedures for dealing with appeals.
➡️ Enoch objected to the presence of these lawyers.
➡️ The Chair of the Disciplinary Appeals Panel, Claire Callanan said to Mr Burke: “We may be wrong and you may be right but we are going ahead nonetheless.”
➡️ When Enoch continued to object, he was removed by prison guards.
➡️ When members of his family who were present objected, they were removed by police.
➡️ Enoch Burke was taken back in a prison van to Castlerea prison.
This is an utterly appalling and unbelievable travesty of justice.

I developed the world first policy for trans inmates 25 years and it’s still world’s best practice.
You don’t have a clue what you are talking about. I managed every female prison in NSW and trans women were the least threat to the safety of the prison.
I have managed 5 Prisons and they are actually 1000 times easier to manage risk than it is in the greater community. Every prison has protection, strict protection, & one out segregation units, they have cameras, walls, bars, duress alarms.
C_s women inmates rape other female inmates with bottles and hairbrushes and fists and fingers.
One female inmate in Australia, fatally stabbed her fellow female cellmate 33 times. She needed leg irons, handcuffs, a spit hood &a posse of guards to move her.
Female inmates are three and a half times more likely to sexually assault another female inmate than male inmates are in male prisons.
Narratives such as @jk_rowling around issues such as trans people in prisons, takes a valid issue – the safety of inmates while incarcerated against abuse & sexual assault & target transindividuals (almost always trans women) & the ‘radical trans lobby’ as the perpetrators & enablers of this violence. In reality, prison administrators are responsible for the safety of prisoners, and trans activists do not have the level of ‘disproportionate power’ and ‘little accountability’ that @jk_rowling ascribes to them.
It is true that a significant issue in the prison space is the presence of violent offenders who may assault other inmates. Narratives which cast (sis) female prisoners only as potential victims & male prisoners (incorrectly including trans women) as potential perpetrators simplify the dynamics of interpersonal violence to the detriment of all: this narrative ignores (or even tacitly condones) interpersonal violence within male prison spaces, where trans women are disproportionately at risk; it overlooks sexual violence
in women’s prisons between sis-women prisoners; & it fails to hold the prison system accountable for building systems & environments which prioritise the safety of prisoners.
Instead, trans women who have committed violent sexual offences are positioned by @jk_rowling as not only a threat based on their own actions, but as an innate threat from their entire group, and used as justification to deny all trans people the validity of their genders.
