great explanation by @KenCuccinelli about the VA gerrymandering matter x.com/nicksortor/sta…
Nick Sortor@nicksortor

🚨 WOW! Former VA AG @KenCuccinelli says the VA Supreme Court may UNANIMOUSLY rule that the Democrats’ redistricting stunt was unconstitutional in MULTIPLE ways THAT’S how egregious this whole thing is. “There's some very basic processes in the Constitution for amending the constitution that Democrats ignored,” Cuccinelli said “They were IGNORING the will of the people in how they brought this forward. And now we're going to have this decided in the Virginia Supreme Court.” “I wouldn’t be surprised to see a 7-0 ruling throwing this out.”

That’s actually not true. @BasedMikeLee and @SenRickScott and @SenRonJohnson have ALL very publicly and fearlessly called for an end to the filibuster. There may be others. Is it a majority? No. But these Senators have quite publicly argued for an end to the filibuster. They are regularly given the cold shoulder -and worse - by their Senate colleagues for speaking out. The least we can do is not ignore their courage

this is the great @rachelbovard explaining the complete BS spouted by Senate leadership as to why a talking filibuster simply cannot be accomplished to pass the SAVE America Act...'too many amendments' 'we can't handle that...' turns out the Senate just went through it....took 6 hours? @EIWatchdogs x.com/rachelbovard/s…

The Senate has abandoned their post… again. A few hours of debate on DHS funding—and that was enough to call it a week? Meanwhile, the one bill that actually secures our elections is still sitting there. The SAVE America Act hasn’t gone anywhere. Not because it can’t—but because it is not a priority. Midterms are coming. The Senate is failing to protect American citizens.

@VaChangeAgent The vote by mail process is very susceptible to fraud. There's no way to know who actually filled out a vote by mail ballot.

👉I pulled every Virginia locality's results from the 4/21/26 Constitutional Amendment vote into one doc — 133 tables. Interesting pattern already jumping out: in 67 of 133 localities (2nd tab in doc), No led both Early Voting and Election Day — but Yes won the Mailed Absentee bucket. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d…

The SAVE America Act puts the states’ top election priorities into action. When state coalition leaders helped shape the U.S. Citizens Elections Bill of Rights, three pillars rose to the top: 1: Only U.S. citizens participate in U.S. elections 2: Voter ID for all voters—confirming citizenship 4: Confirm citizenship, identity, & residency + maintain accurate voter rolls That’s not theory—that’s exactly what the SAVE America Act delivers. ⬇️ ✔️ Proof of U.S. citizenship to register ✔️ Photo ID to vote ✔️ Ongoing voter roll maintenance to keep lists accurate and current 📍 This is the states’ blueprint for secure elections. 📍 The SAVE America Act turns these pillars into federal law. 👉 Sign the SAVE America Act Citizen Pledge and demand real action: saveamericaactcoalition.com/SAVEactpledge

When the Election Integrity Network asked state coalition leaders: “What do you want in your state when it comes to elections?” This was the answer. ⬇️ The U.S. Citizens Elections Bill of Rights—built through collaboration with state coalitions across the country—represents the gold standard for election integrity. These 10 pillars reflect what states are calling for after years of identifying vulnerabilities and advancing solutions 📍 This is what matters to the states. 📍 This is what secure elections look like. 🔥 This is the blueprint. @EIwatchdogs Absentee ballots should be extremely limited. No sane person believes a mass mail out ballot program is a good idea.

Rob Roper lays out the reality of Vermont’s(and other states) mass mail-out ballot system: Ballots sent everywhere. Outdated voter rolls. Less accountability. When ballots are treated like junk mail, there is more opportunity for error—and worse. This isn’t about making voting easier. It’s about making verification harder. 🎥 Watch the video. Then ask yourself: Should elections run on trust alone… or verification? The Election Integrity Network supports state coalitions working to identify vulnerabilities like these—and promote common-sense solutions that strengthen accuracy and trust in our elections. Because easy to vote should never mean easy to cheat. Learn more here: ElectionIntegrityNetwork.org @NEEI_Coalition

We need to show up BIG! Not just to vote— but to serve. 🗳️ Poll workers 👀 Poll watchers Without the SAVE America Act in place, citizen oversight is more important than ever. Eyes on every ballot. Observe. Report. Document. Peacefully. Lawfully. Honestly. It doesn't fix every vulnerability, but it does make a difference. Primary elections for federal and statewide offices are just around the corner. Contact your county party to learn more about training and serving.

"Formed in the wake of the disputed 2000 and 2004 presidential elections, the Carter-Baker Commission warned that the U.S. system was vulnerable to fraud, citing absentee ballots as a major source of abuse, inaccurate or outdated voter registration rolls, weaknesses in voting technology, and insufficient voter identification standards." After more than 25 years of vulnerabilities, why is the U.S. Senate delaying passage of the SAVE America Act? @leaderjohnthune electiontransparency.org/2026/04/19/eti…

@1Nicdar The cheating has been going on since early voting began 45 days ago. No ID required to vote in Virginia. Massive fraud with no-excuse vote by mail.
