A Texas outbreak could cost billions and hit ranchers hard. Now, @USDA has confirmed a case in South Texas. This is no longer a future concern - it is an agricultural emergency that requires an immediate, coordinated response. While Sid Miller tours the state with my communist opponent Clayton Tucker, sullying his Republican legacy, Texas agriculture is facing a very real threat that demands immediate attention from actual leaders.
