@substranauts on my mobile 5090 (24gb) running same qwen 3.6 dense q4_k_m at 262k context. on the 5090 desktop (32gb) q6_k at 128k context is the sweet spot, ~25gb loaded with 7gb headroom for agentic tool outputs. q6_k at full 262k fits but headroom drops to ~4gb, still fine
