@temu_us should I upload the video of your delivery driver showing up to my house at almost 10 o’clock at night screaming in a foreign language scaring my kids. After they delivered my package to the wrong address? Also, they got out of the passenger seat of the car ? Illegal ?

@FetchRewards why do you have people that can’t even read work for you. You have a promotion right now for 2000 points for two orders over $20. I literally sent a screenshot of seven of them because I have to open a ticket anytime. I do anything just to get my points! Why?

It literally takes 30 something emails every single time I do anything to get points. I’m supposed to get 45 points per dollar spent at a certain place. I never get them five points for Dollar at another place. Never get them. You guys have a special for 2000 points never get it

@Bestfriend_Rob @ChainShielder We should actually start getting a class action lawsuit together. I know the perfect company if we get enough people like a lot of people don’t even know about the Comcast data breach lawsuit. But @ShamisGentilePA are great. They could probably help.

@FTC I have a credit on Temu for a package that was lost in shipping. I have a letter from the shipping company proving it was lost. Temu won’t let me use the credit. I suspect as a scam a lot of people like this. Should be looked into.

No, they actually gave me a five dollar credit from one of my packages being delayed, but then they blocked me from being able to use my credit because I contacted my bank when they wouldn’t refund me after they lost my package

Look at that 33 fucking emails over one receipt. We’re talking $3.50. This is your supervisor. Can I get a job working for you guys because I can ignore people and just copy and paste stupid responses all day long I would love that job. How can I apply ? Seriously I want a job.

@Ibotta one of your supervisors Junrey D. Just asked me to send them a copy of my receipt. It’s literally in the thread above them. I’m 33 emails deep over one receipt. You guys completely fucking suck. It’s hard to be that fucking bad. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

@Ibotta so you tell me to DM you, then you never respond. I get an email from one of your supervisors asking me to send them a screenshot of the receipt with the date and time. 15 emails in she asked me that. I included it in the first email. Your reps aren’t even reading it.

@Ibotta Yeah, I gave you my email and my account is hooked up too. I can also send you a screenshot from when the manager emailed me and approved the $3.50 bonus. That was like a week and a half ago. And somebody else they decided they don’t like me or that manager so they took it away?

@Ibotta just one I didn’t think you could be any more shady. You literally took back money from me after one of your supervisors approved the receipt. It was for pedigree dog food. Of course he reversed it five days later because I’ve thrown out my trash now dogs only eat that!
