Just a reminder that Trump is not the antichrist. Does he have the antichrist spirit that has been in play for a long time? Absolutely. Yes, absolutely. It was part of my lifting journey. I’ll freely admit it’s purely anecdotal and my dexascan results are skewed to thenpoi the point they can’t be used, but it sure feels like it’s better. I do place a high value on the research that tho. All things considered, I believe it’s accurate for me.

Because when you push your limits you should be resting 3-5min between sets to ensure the next set is as close to 100% as possible.
