Highway Robbery from @SwintonGroup You take out insurance. They then threaten to cancel the policy after 14 days, then hit you for another £164 to keep the policy I've only heard about this online, now im living it! Cancel the policy, lose all your money with Canceleation fees

@LexhamInsurance 10 months that you have been keeping my vehicle because my claim is not progressing. And you are seriously asking me to renew??? Instead, what about offering me 10 months insurance from the day I get my vehicle back??? And get my claim moving faster???

Time to call the Financial Conduct Authority and have them sort you out: this isn't acceptable for a financial services business.

@LexhamInsurance how can it be acceptable to spend 30 plus minutes on hold having spoken to no one each and everytime i have to call you guys fucking joke of a service if i could have afforded another insurance provider then i'd leave. All for a 2 min question still unanswered.
