@fesshole The relatives blocked GB news so they don’t want their parent to access it, the client wants GB news but needs help to access it. This is a shit show of client autonomy vs family wishes. The family needs to be contacted and say their dad wants GB news re-instated.

Full time carer to a normally lovely older gentleman, he asked me recently to help him with his TV because his son had blocked GB News. Given he's reliant on an immigrant to survive, I decided I was doing him a favour by "trying" but failing to unblock it.

When I was in infant school and right up to secondary they used to send us home with these envelopes I also remembering my grandparents giving monthly money to Africa So my question is why is Africa not more advance .. with all this charity money been going for on decades Live aid, comic relief, children in need water aid and the 100s upon 100s of other charities WORLDWIDE

I'm getting really pissed off with all the Americanisms that are creeping their way into British society. It's a dog LEAD, no you can't pet my dog, you can PAT it, and no, you can't get a coffee, not unless you're going to go around the counter and make it yourself.

@ScottishSuffra1 My daughter visited an Islamic centre with her year group at school. I asked her what she learned. Apparently they wear pretty clothes, have really good patterns in the art, and everyone got a full size chocolate bar, crisps and a large apple juice.

My grandson came home yesterday and told his mum that they had a lesson on muslims, and their religion in school that day. Today, my family decided that as Christians, catholics, and with Jewish relatives as well as women's rights activists aplenty within our family, this was not appropriate, needed, or wanted. Monday, the head teacher will have a complaint she never imagined, she will never forget and will never wish repeated.

In front of the whole waiting room, sometimes the receptionist has to guess from the notes. My son has SEN and isn’t good at retaining information about his brace care.

Last night at the theatre my friend asked for a shot of vodka with ice. She rarely drinks. The bartender said it was against the Law to have it without a mixer. He ruined her drink with a big measure of cranberry juice. Is this now Law? First I’ve heard of it.

Really annoyed and shaken. Bus ride with rollator: too wide for aisle. Stranger grabs it, pulls aggressively despite me yelling "STOP" and "NO"—bus moving the whole time. Insists "I'm helping!" while risking damage to my mobility aid.
