Also, why do I have to phone you to cancel, surely it is not right that I can apply online and take out a policy with you but I just call you to cancel (plus your AI/voice thing is rubbish and sends to wrong department)

just wondering how many people actually pay2 cancel a car insurance policy that is fully paid for?
I have 3months left on a policy I’ve paid for I would like to cancel-why do u need more money.Cancelling the policy would mean I can’t make a claim and u already

@SwintonGroup do you not routinely insure learner drivers? My wife has tried to add my daughter, and been given awful service, and been told my learner daughter is too high risk to insure??!! Make it, make sense

@SwintonGroup I thought you were still closed I've just spent 30 minutes in your Insurance Buddy chat room waiting for a live agent to pick up before the chat was terminated by your side. You need to test customer interfaces regularly as it negatively impacts on your reputation and brand. 3/10

@SwintonGroup I received an e-mail to contact you urgently about a new insurance policy and some info. I have tried your chat dozens of times and its just a bot with no ability to speak to a human and there is no phone number anywhere - talk about frustrating!

I just tried to use the @SwintonGroup car insurance website :-(. Their chat bot is like HAL after Dave had removed all its chips and memory banks - except that it had forgotten the words to Daisy-Daisy and its own name too. (At least when I phoned they were very helpful.)

Well, to say I worked for @SwintonGroup once upon a time. I can only say the decline is huge. Tried to speak to them today to let them know Dad had passed away and wouldn't be renewing his policy tomorrow. Passed from pillar to post, awful service 😢
