@SwintonGroup Hello, how does anyone cancel their policy with you? It can't be done on the website or via email, the phone no on your website goes to an exasperated garage owner, and your chat bot disconnects. Any clues? Or just cancel the direct debit?

Dear Swinton Re 'My Account' facility. Using the same Username and Password, last week I was shown Home Ins but not my car. This morning: Home Ins (expiring and new policy) but no car. This afternoon: Car ins but no Home insurance. It seems random, using the same username and password? Your call centre in India ssid i could change the username, but I can't.

Ahh, @SwintonGroup where you can't message them directly, Live Chat doesn't work and you get in a doom loop of opening windows trying to make contact,not to worry the card you'll try and get funds from is no more, it has ceased to be, expired and gone to meet 'is maker.
