@DefiantLs Contact the city and have the bench and plaque removed. If the donor is going to randomly harass people using the bench, then the bench needs to go.
@footballguy82 Id sooner pat mine down with a paper towel. Wet chicken straight from the pack into hot oil, you got bigger problems than dirty chicken.
Taking the chicken straight from the pack into the frying pan is nasty. I don't trust anyone who doesn't wash their chicken. I don't care how good the finished product looks.🤢
BREAKING: Toronto approves city-run grocery stores
In a 21–3 vote, councillors backed Anthony Perruzza’s plan to launch 4 municipally run stores to offer cheaper food.
Big test for public retail.
@JinglaiHe Whether you like him or not, he did a great job. Bit of education in Canadian politics, refusing to slander the opposition on foreign soil, shot the sh.t. He was pro.
NEW: Per Abacus Data, among Canadians who were aware of Pierre Poilievre’s podcast with Joe Rogan, far more had a positive view of the conversation than a negative one.
Pierre did an excellent job at representing Canada on the world's largest podcast, and the numbers show it.
@moniz22430 Call Her Daddy is all female audience. Thats the podcast the left will go on. But, at least you can hear long form convo somewhere instead of the silly house of commons "discussions"
The Joe Rogan Experience audience is predominantly young and male, with roughly 80% male listeners and over 50% falling between the ages of 18-34, as of late 2024. 🤔 how will this help Poilievre oops
🚨 Bushpig ALERT! 🚨
For those watching @PnPCBC this evening, avert your eyes and plug your ears as the Vile Witch of the Far Right (Kate Harrison) is LYING and slandering Liberals.
Soon will be gushing all over Poilievre's appearance on Joe the Midget's podcast.
"I got into politics because I love my country, Canada. The opposition member got into politics because he had tendinitis."
- MP Marc Miller
Remember when Pierre told Rogan he got into politics because tendinitis ended his Wrestling career at 15?
🤭
🚨BREAKING🚨: Today Conservatives moved an important motion to cancel the upcoming April 1st Liberal tax hike on alcohol.
Rather than delivering this cost saving measure for Canadians and small businesses, Liberal members threatened to filibuster the entire meeting and refused to vote, adjourning the meeting instead!

I've been there. Between 2 really large dudes. They both did their best to stay in their space. All 3 of us were incredibly uncomfortable. About the 3 hour mark I said alright, bathroom. We all got up in an instant like we were on the same team waiting for the coachs call. None of us went back to our seats for 15 minutes. We got through it. No need to shame people, they know.
Another question....im trying to help you a bit here....you said some pretty broad terms of why businesses wouldn't want to hire legal immigrants. But getting into the more exact reasons: are the concerns about not being able to communicate in English sufficiently? Concerns about their visas running out and therefore having to hire again. Concerns about missed work due to immigration process and needing to miss more work to file paperwork go to consulates? Concerns about different work ethics that require extra training. This is Ontario, people aren't just flat out the words you are calling them. What could be discussed to bring these and other concerns to light, and how to solve this problem?
@_Bozinovski But, what happens when it goes the other way? We have all seen many resturants that employ exclusively legal immigrants. All from the same country. Its a reason many Canadian youths can't find work. How do you tackle this problem?
Smeared! We asked @TownofWhitby Councilor Victoria @_Bozinovski an “impolite” question. The Mayor called this “harassment of women in public office”! The video evidence tells a different story…
