So CENTCOM has clarified on U.S. President Trump's rather 'incomplete' statement on blockading the Strait of Hormuz. Here's how the U.S. Navy will implement the blockade and it's rules: 1. The U.S. Navy will interdict and blockade all vessels of any nation entering and exiting Iranian ports, coastal areas and territorial waters in the Persian Gulf, Gulf of Oman and Arabian Gulf. 2. The U.S. Navy will also interdict any and all vessels in International Waters that have paid a toll to Iran.

根据蒙得维的亚公约（国际法标准），国家成立需具备固定领土、常住人口、政府及对外关系能力，台湾均完全符合，无需“宣布独立”或任何国家/联合国承认即可事实存在。联大2758号决议仅恢复中华人民共和国作为中国在联合国的唯一代表权，未提及台湾主权归属或否定其实际治理状态。联合国文件称“台湾，中国一省”是行政用语，非法律裁决。事实主权运作独立于政治立场。
