Today is the first day of the #ICE2022 conference being held in Helsinki, Finland. I’m very excited for a week of insect nerds talking about nerdy insect things!

I have spent the past few days checking out all the phasmids in the Natural history museum in London. It was so amazing to see species from all around the world. Here are some of the largest individuals in the collection. @NHM_London

Some of these areas are difficult to sample because lack of infrastructure, some due to cultural reasons, and others like the Nullarbor just haven't been considered of interest. Regardless of reason, check your bias! There could be something interesting hidden in there.

If you want to work with a top notch researcher please apply. This sounds like a cracking project to me.
