What kills me about this is that the DPRK has had ICBMs that can reach the mainland US for a decade now. Nothing happened. The scariest case to map this threat onto is one that already exists, has had zero effect on any American's life, and if anything has made the world more stable.

I don't remember milk being exorbitantly expensive 20 years ago before big dairy consolidation and adoption of the total mixed ration and indoor CAFO model that is now 50% of dairy production. A lot of people are pointing out how it's weird for a childless old man to go to Disney World, and of course they're right. But the greater point here is that the SAVE Act is not passed, the problem at our airports is not fixed, our country is currently at war, meanwhile the Senate just went on vacation. They should all be forced to work every day, all day, until these crises have been handled. It's outrageous that these assholes are lounging at Disney World and leaving American citizens to deal with the problems they refuse to fix.
