@MPCArchivist @AuronMacintyre I understand. I disagree with amnesty. However, then he later supported the OBBB and multiple types of increased funding that increased enforcement. OBBB grew DHS enforcement massively, and Graham helped pass that. So he came around.

Totally incorrect. If machines can do for $1 an hour what a human does for $50 an hour, that will cause the price of the good or service to fall by 98%. That means we will have far, far more of that good because it is now so cheap.
As prices fall, real incomes rise. It will become easier and easier to acquire the goods of life.

For reference, 30 years ago, in the Summer of '96, Carpenters/Millwrights/Pile Driver's union pay was $22.72 an hour in East Chicago, IN. You could get a white card in 6 months.

This schtick has grown tiresome. Electric Boat starts at about 24 bucks an hour. To live on the coast in the 3rd most expensive state in the country, Connecticut. Shipyards haven't paid decent in America in 40 years.
