The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has issued Evacuation Orders for specific at-risk homes in recent burn areas — including the Agua, Bridge, Canyon, Eaton, Franklin, Kenneth, Owen, and Palisades fires. Sheriff’s deputies are making door-to-door notifications and sending Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) messages to those areas under Evacuation Warning. The Evacuation Order will take effect at 11 a.m. today, Tuesday, Dec. 23, and is anticipated to remain in effect through Thursday evening.
