Hey @FamAppSupport. Why is it so difficult to find how to link kids account to parent account? Your support chat in the app is nearly useless unless I have issue with one of the option it lists - parental control is not one of them! Tried looking everywhere but can’t find.

@EurekaForbes your customer service is worst. I want to cancel my Aquaguard AMC that I renewed last week. No one comes for servicing. There is no way to contact any one. Calls go to auto-useless recording. I need my AMC money back. I will happily switch to some other product.

Every time service is scheduled, you guys just send the default msg that someone will attend soon, which never happens. For your surprise, suggest you to read service feedbacks on ios app reviews. I wish I had known that before spending a dime on you. My bad!
