Got my 30k service done for my Nexon EV Max today (odo at 28.5k) good thing is the EV battery health in excellent condition. As it's a paid service bill came to Rs 5,003 that's fine. But in terms of service again @TataMotors you service ppl are very lax in their attitude. I had asked for only 2 things, rust in the boot and as it was almost nearing 30k on odo, told them to rotate the wheels, sad to see they simply didn't bother to address both the issues, when I came to collect the car in evening excuse body shop fellow not there, wheel aligment machine not working, but when I left the vehicle in the morning they didn't mention these things. The irony was that they just wanted to give back the car, bill me and move on and not bothered to address the issues. @Tataev you are making good EV cars but the service center attitude and casual behaviour is something that needs to improve, these were not serious issues just wondering if a person has major issues what will happen. Wondering who will address the rusting issue at the boot?

I usually don’t put tweets against brands, but Tata Motors, the quality of the cars and their service partners are pathetic 2 years back bought an automatic Tata Nexon. Over 2 years, there were issues 3 times where the car simply didn’t start. Apparently electronics issues. But since it was under warranty, ended up getting repaired in Minimal cost Today the car stopped working again. It has not even run 18000 kms in 2 years. And the service guys say it will take 60k to repair. Couldn’t give any detail on what happened/why it happened. And with arrogance saying karna h toh karao, else take it to your local mechanic. I don’t have any other option so mostly will have to pay and get it done But If you are thinking of buying a car, stay away from Tata Nexon and stay away from anything remotely related to @TataMotors @TataMotors_Cars . Absolutely poor products Also i really hope there are consumer centric automobile companies that emerge in India.
