@Tataev @TataMotors_Cars got delivered on March 28th new punch.ev . it's not just a car to our family it's a big emotion to us. Within 2 months of purchase cross 7k kms. Done munnar, coimbatore -bangalore trips and many more in future. In munnar ghat section it's a champion.🫶

I own tata harrier ev emp 75,facing the problem of parking break not getting released and auto hold not getting released. Complained in morning 11 o'clock and registered complained through toll number but yet didn't get any resolution. it's been 3 hrs still not resolved. @Tataev

@TataMotors_Cars @TataMotors there is no harm to the company if the car has been sold , money has been taken , now the customer will adjust however he can, a small customer is not meaningful to the big company .. keep complaining we will not listen nor solve it ..This is the attitude of Tata company .. My experience is very bad.

it is as pathetic as hell, if you are purchased, you are trapped.. @TataMotors @TataMotors_Cars Selling cars without proper testing and after complaint the parts are replaced, what is new in new car not understandable..

Pathetic service and reliability from @Tataev @TataMotors_Cars. My Tiago EV LR (Claimed range 315km) is now giving LESS than 100km! Went for paid service on 19th April for HV Critical error & braking issues. Dealership claimed it’s fixed. It wasn’t. 1/4

I am extremely disappointed with the service experience for my Tata Nexon EV in Hyderabad. Service centres are repeatedly saying no service technicians available, which is unacceptable for an EV customer. customer service response very very poor look into it

I purchased a Tata Harrier EV on 25 March 2026, driven only 5,405 km. The OEM Goodyear tyre developed slow air leakage and failed, but the replacement claim was rejected. Very disappointing for a new car. @TataMotors @GoodyearIndia

@TataMotors Hi, being a shareholder of TMPV, I am very disappointed with the company. Placed an order for Punch Ev in mid April and there is no update on the status of the order, let alone delivery. The local dealer doesn't even answer calls or call back.
