My mom and dad get one scheduled visit with my Sister sister this Fall, and that's this weekend. They've had flights booked for weeks, planning to depart Friday & return Monday. If their flights were to be significantly delayed or even cancelled, they'd miss the only 2 days they have to visit her in the convent until April. Which is why they left Lake Charles around 2 this afternoon to drive over 3,000 miles there and back instead of risk getting caught up in the coming travel crisis and missing the visit entirely.
