Get your space news from a credible source, and try not to engage with posts without confirming the content They’re not at the moon yet That earth photo was taken during Apollo The lighting is inconsistent The scale is wrong The phases are wrong The caption is wrong This is just one of several posts I saw today like this, and they all were very highly engaged. Why does it matter? When people point out that the story doesn’t line up, people start distrusting spaceflight in general. Then you get more people that start wondering if any of it is real. It’s a big problem.

And now after all that time, and with all the modern day technology with digital transceivers and satellites for communications, HD and even 4K video and pictures they can't replicate the same thing?
