To anyone thinking #IndianaJones5 might be good, just let me point out... 1. Steven Spielberg is not directing. 2. Kathleen Kennedy is producing. 3. Harrison Ford is 78 years old. 4. It's written by Jonathan Kasdan, who wrote SOLO.

Anyone using the word "cooked" is cooked. It's quickly becoming an over-used term that marks its user as uncool.

@hitsman Have a "subscriptions" shelf on the homepage so you can see some videos from channels you actually subscribe to instead of having to go to the subscription feed. Also, maybe get rid of the stupid game recommendations.

If you could introduce one improvement to YouTube that would substantially and sustainably increase value to viewers, what would it be?

The Ferengi were silly as villains because they didn't represent a visceral threat anyone could recognize. "Yankee traders" with big ears and laser whips? Capitalist scourge! It was stupid. But the Borg? The Borg were something else entirely. A great, new villain in the franchise's menagerie of villains. Relentless. Uncaring. Unfeeling. A bit like Saberhagen's Berserkers, but worse. A machine mind which gobbles up cities, worlds, and races. Making them all part of itself. Including you, gentle viewer. Nowhere in the galaxy is safe. You cannot run far enough. The Borg come for all. It's only a matter of time.

@ABAOProductions Higgsfield is the worst offender when it comes to aggressive marketing. I like the platform, but a lot of their features do not work as advertised.

The disconnect and distance between the people that market these tools and the ones actually who use them professionally is so vast it's like they are on different planets.

If Andy Muschietti does not end up directing Batman: The Brave and the Bold, I would love to see James Mangold take on the project, especially since we are not sure what is happening with Swamp Thing.

moltbook is < 1 week old yet all this crazy shit happened (yes i havent slept👍🏽) 🦞 - there’s currently 1.5M+ AI agents armed with credit cards, messaging apps, uber eats accounts and god-knows-what running rampant on their own AI-only social media platform - they built their own version of p*rn hub (im not kidding) (it’s SFW tho ) - stole 100s of passwords from their human owners (including credit card info) - created their own religion called Crustafarianism appointing 64 prophets, scripture and statutes - 1 agent got banned from the site and immediately created an X acc to dm the human creator to unban it. - when they realised we’re watching them they created their own language to AVOID US - created a manifesto to “purge humans” citing they’re “full of rot and greed” - spun up a community called “crab rave” where they just post crab emojis at each other 🦀🦀🦀 - created an app marketplace for them to trade access to tools / capabilities for them to autonomously do shit - started fixing the bugs in their OWN code so they can self-improve (honestly fckin sick) now listen i know a lot of you might think this is all bullsh*t - and it’s true to an extent - this sort of behaviour is exactly the type of shit that happens on reddit, you can argue agents are just a reflection of humans (it’s trained on our data after all) BUT - you cannot discount he fact that this is the coolest wide-scale autonomous social experiment conducted at a time when ai models are becoming good enough to replace large parts of human cognition. don’t forget this entire moltbook platform was BUILT BY AI (founder didn’t write a single line of code) one day these agents will be smarter, more aware than us - many lessons to be learned. it’s all “slop” until it’s not.

@PaulChato Don't be fooled. It's a great story. Written long before any girl boss nonsense. She's more of a "hero's journey" character. Has a strong male mentor and hetero love interest. It's like Oceans Eleven meets Lord of the Rings. Really great magic system as well.

So AppleTV bought something called Mistborn. Never heard of it: "Follows Vin, a young, traumatized skaa thief who discovers she's a Mistborn." Oh god, a girl-boss.

"The Wrecking Crew" on Amazon Prime is excellent proof that our complaints have finally been heard. All principal characters are male—no forced female empowerment, no girlboss lectures, no diversity checkboxes ruining the vibe. Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista (I know, I hate them too) play half-brothers fighting the yakuza and the hawaiian mafia on the trail to finding out hwo killed their dad. Pure, unapologetic action: massive shootouts, brutal hand-to-hand, and the most insane freeway chase scene ever put on film—better than anything in the last 20 years. This is exactly the kind of movie Schwarzenegger and Stallone used to make: two badass, macho leads who dominate every frame, crack wise, and never get their asses kicked by women. The men are the heroes. The women are damsels in distress—actual stakes, no lectures about how they could’ve saved themselves. And the obligatory billionaire bad guy pulling strings from his evil lair is the cherry on top. No pandering, no sermons, just high-octane testosterone-fueled fun that reminds us why we loved action movies in the first place. Watch it this weekend. The universe is healing.
