@SwansFdn and @MattsHouseSA1 will join forces to tackle homelessness as the ‘Swans Big Sleep Out’ returns this November.
People will be sleeping out at the Swansea.com Stadium to raise awareness of what people are dealing with when sleeping rough.

Today the new Rights Champions pupil voice group met with Thom from @MattsHouseSA1 to talk about how we can raise awareness of homelessness. We found out about the @HopeinSwansea app which can be used if you find anyone in need. @carolynharris24 @SwanseaCouncil
