When Ruto came into office, the charges against Sang were dropped by the ODPP, Dr. Macharia Irungu’s tenure at KPC was cut short under unclear circumstances, and Sang was reinstated to the position. Why did Ruto return to office someone who had stolen from Kenyans? What was the motive? Could he have been a beneficiary of this loot? And now, he has had the same Sang fired and arrested over a Ksh 4 billion fuel importation scandal… Could Sang have become clever and started cutting off the boss from these deals? Or is this just a cover up?

Opiyo Wandayi is insulting Kenyans. A whole fuel sector scandal explodes under his watch, top officials resign after arrests, preliminary findings point to falsified fuel stock data, an overpriced and allegedly substandard emergency cargo is exposed, and his biggest contribution is to warn the public about “disinformation.” This man has completely recast himself as referee, commentator and lead investigator in a mess sitting right inside his own docket. He talks like a bystander protecting “independent agencies,” yet he is the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the ministry at the centre of the scandal. That is why he has such a hard time convincing Kenyans. Whenever pressure rises, Wandayi runs to the microphone with the usual script...be patient, do not politicize, beware of disinformation, allow investigations. It is the oldest government trick in the book.... when the facts are ugly, attack the noise around the facts. But the facts are already bad enough on their own. Senior officials have resigned and arrests have happened. The government’s own side says stock levels may have been manipulated to create a false shortage and justify an irregular emergency shipment outside the G-to-G framework. So Kenyans are right to ask who exactly is spreading disinformation here? The public asking questions, or the system that let a fake crisis grow inside the petroleum chain and is now lecturing everyone else about calmness and confidence? Wandayi should spare Kenyans the sanctimony. He is not some clean outsider flown in to audit the wreckage! He is the Energy CS. If almost everybody around the scandal is falling, then the man at the top of the docket cannot keep behaving like the host of a press briefing about other people’s sins. At some point, the public stops hearing authority and starts hearing panic.

Just realized that iOS delivers notifications at the exact time, while Android makes you wake up the phone before it does. Who would have thought?

@ronnieonly @its_dunM Yes, all android phones have the same features. Notifications are handled by Google. Search autostart in your settings. Normally autostart will only be enabled for social media apps, enable it for other apps and notifications will become instant.

@Melavin @its_dunM Guys do you think all Android phones have same features? What are those? I am using Pixel.
