Thank you Deputy Director Blanche for providing yet another great court exhibit for our ongoing (and more forthcoming) litigation against FBI, DOJ and this Administration for its unlawful political filings of federal employees who simply performed their jobs.

Blanche: When it comes to the FBI… Director Patel has cleaned house there too. There is not a single man or woman with a gun, federal agent, still in that organization that had anything to do with the prosecution of President Trump. President Trump for the first time in modern history has said I am the president and if you work in the executive branch, you work for me. And guess what? We can all read the constitution. He's right. And unfortunately, past administrations, Republican included, have just resigned themselves to putting up with partisan actors within the DOJ. We do not.

PabloReports: Todd Blanche was bragging at CPAC today about pardoning the January 6 insurrectionists.
Dean: It’s beyond shameful. I try to figure out the most shocking thing that’s been done under this administration, and that is probably number one. On day one, Trump pardoned over 1,500 people who had either been convicted, pleaded guilty, or were incarcerated for an attack on the Capitol. I was here for that. It is shameful—but not surprising that they would still be bragging about it.

Today’s briefing on a De Minimis exemption for Bitcoin was a great success. Our panel delivered a strong, data forward case for De Minimis relief.
Coinbase presented new stats showing that a De Minimis exemption would bring administrative relief by saving millions of unnecessary forms being sent to the IRS.

Voting by mail is safe and secure. Any GOP claims to the contrary are hypocritical. Arizonans have been doing it for decades and 80% of Arizonans vote this way. It’s not something that should be up for debate.
