This year, I went to 90+ therapy sessions. Healing trauma is hard. Breaking generational cycles is hard. Setting & maintaining boundaries actually sucks, come to find out. But I wouldn’t change it. I’m healing. I’m hopeful like I’ve never been before for a new year.

One of the greatest productivity hacks I found this year was listening to Russian Ballet Symphonies during deep focus work. I'm not sure what it is but it helps my brain focus and organize so well. Is anyone else this way with specific genres of music?
