And how do you know he didn't? How do you know it wasn't classified, secret, or sensitive? Many laws could have been broken, you have zero facts, and supreme bias. It's not a threat, he IS under investigation. When did it start? Before or after he was sending Candace Owens messages? Even if legal, completely unethical.
