What did I say? 2:42am. Here I am in the emergency room. Being the responsible one as usual. I can see these things before they happen. Energy is real. Alcohol is grim. This is why I don’t drink anymore. Never leads to good. Now I’m here. 2am in Austin like a Drake song. Chattin’ it up with the nurses. Joking around. They’re asking me where we’re from. “Dang. You was wid him?” “Yeah I was wid him, why do you think I’m here right now?” Lol.

Club life is the most hedonistic thing one could do. I’m not even a biblical guy. But my God. Sin everywhere you look. Bartenders with thongs on. Bachelorette parties with brides twerking on the table. Good luck. Whoever’s girl this is at this table? You’re cooked. It’s one thing to be a grown straight man. It’s another thing to be a fiend. Mfs wonder why they can’t get laid. Out here like hawks. Borderline creepy. Thank God I got game. And thank God I’m out of this one. Fuck this shit. There’s levels to life. Past a certain age and status, this level is over.

Been in cleaner interviews all day and my god, it is so easy to spot people who are bluffing about knowing what to do.. I would pay good money to just find and hire 5 star cleaners at this point without having to gamble on if someone who checks off all boxes will show up on the first clean or go ghost mode. Me and my admin get more excited about a great cleaner than we do for any new booking now 🤣

Built an internal scheduling tool with V0 that does the following 1. Shows how many hours each cleaner has for the week, compares that to their ideal amount 2. Tracks days cleaners won't be available 3. Shows which days people are free, and which times they're free 4. Calculates a "maximum revenue amount" that the business can make based on current cleaners and their availability 5. Automatically backs up our bookings in case BK goes down Big upgrade from only managing the schedule in BK

Added some new charts, avg rev/booking, avg labor per booking, avg profit/ booking, updated the LTV, A trend I noticed from when I was doing sales vs the VA's my Avg rev/booking was allot higher, but also noticing when our prices went down a bit our customers skyrocketed. Right now we are dealing with another problem which has just been reliable cleaners. So we put a pause on running ads and just working on resolving some issues internally. Works with bk data and any other csv files you can map up your columns. Doesn't upload or save any data just runs in your browser. Free enjoy. salesdashboardapp.com

@MikeFromCR Right now we’re 100% employees but at that point I’d imagine it would be a mix, I’m not totally sure yet. Realistically to hit that scale I think we’d need to secure some huge commercial contracts so it would probably be easier to do that with employees

Our goal is to grow revenue by 100% in 2026, then 50% YoY for the next decade The compounding is crazy once you get to years 5-10 Got me thinking about how this could be possible, but once we hit year 3, we'll need to make some serious changes Double down on big commercial jobs, enterprise SaaS level CRM, maybe a few new locations, insane residential lead flow What it actually looks like: 1. Around 1,000 employees with multiple layers of management 2. Attending industry events to make connections with commercial customers that are way bigger than we could ever imagine cleaning for right now 3. Switching our CRM to a ServiceTitan-level platform 4. Inbound lead flow from every platform imaginable at a level I can't wrap my head around right now Puts things in perspective
