Adding more follow-ups to your lead nurtures is huge. We cut non-replies on FB leads from 60% down to 30%. If you close ~20% of replies, that delta prints money and massively boosts ROI on your ads.

Does anybody know how to make it quicker to fill out contracts? I have the template, I want to be able to input address, seller name, parcel id, closing date, EMD amt, and it do it all for it. I'm spending 10 minutes filling in, verifying and sending these and doing multiple per day. There has to be a more efficient way. (I am using Docusign)

I cant remember the last day we had 0 issues with the cleaning business. There is ALWAYS a cleaner or client issue whether its a cancelation, reschedule, or issue with clean itself its soooo frustrating.

Genuinely every single Bookingkoala email we send out to customers (email confirmation, appointment reminders, etc) all get sent to spam. I've seen other people deal with this, I need to get this fixed. Anyone have any advice on this?

I’m an engaged man now. Had to retire from the espresso martini game. Jersey in the rafters type shit. Now that I’m a man of class. I go back to my OG drink. Gin & Tonic with a lime. Preferably Japanese gin. London when needed. Calm one tonight. Me, my two best friends, and their girls. We don’t usually foray with the women like this but it’s nice to switch it up every once in a while. See what they have to say. Lol. Women are interesting. What they lack in logic, they make up in emotional quotient.
