South west state health minister, Mr. Said Ahmed Ali, today presided over a meeting with senior #MSFSomalia officials, led by Dr. Abubakar, MSF’s Operations manager for East and horn of Africa. They discussed strengthening cooperation and the health services MSF provides in the region. MSF pledged to expand its healthcare services to further districts and respond to emergencies. The DG SW ministry of health today graced the ongoing capacity building training for the health wokers under the Damal caafimad program implemented by ACF. The DG urged the participants to make use of the capacity development provided by SWS MoH through Damal Caafimad project and integrate key learnings from the training into their daily service delivery. He also emphasized the importance of contributing to SDG Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being). The capacity building is a package in the damal cafimad project which consist of fourteen (14) different packages that will be provided by all damal health workers in Bay and Bakool region. HPRD facilitated the training. @HornPRD
